■ UNIS is a full-service global logistics company that processes retail distribution

for multiple accounts via the Property. This location also serves as a fulfillment

center for other UNIS distribution facilities.

■ Manufacturing Solutions International is a packaging and manufacturing

consulting firm headquartered in Portage. The Property will serve as their third

facility of which they will invest $1.5 million in their buildout for food packaging

and distribution.
