Our History Timeline• 1915: Midmark Corporation began as a manufacturer

of concrete mixers, called The Cummings Machine Company.

• 1967-1969: Jim Eiting bought recently bankrupt American Metal Furniture Company, and paved the way for medical product manufacturing

• 1969-1979: The medical division grew alongside the industrial, and a new identity was created –Midmark

• 1980 -1989: During this period Midmark completely severed ties with industrial equipment, and purchased major medical competitor, Ritter.

• 1990-2000: Midmark began to introduce promotional marketing and substantial product discounts at certain times of the month – proving a tremendous success

• 2000 onwards: With offices worldwide and Midmark established as a global leader in the supply of medical, dental and veterinary equipment, Midmark celebrates its 100th year anniversary whilst remembering its past.

Our LeadershipAnne Eiting Klamar, M.D.President & CEO

Dr. Anne Eiting Klamar is the President and CEO of Midmark Corporation.

Anne joined Midmark in 2000 as president and was appointed to CEO in 2003, the fourth generation of the Eiting family to hold a leadership position.

In 2009, Anne participated in the installation of a dental school in the Republic of Tanzania, facilitated by Miracle Corners of the World, and continues to support global philanthropy in developing countries.

Anne received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and graduated with her doctoral degree from the Ohio State University. She is also a graduate of the Owner/President Management program at the Harvard Business School.
