Please consider volunteering to help at one or more of the Parents’ Club functions in the upcoming school year. Volunteer needs are described on the enclosed sheet. If you have questions, please get in touch with the event committee chairperson as a point of contact. A list of the chairpersons is available at the Parents’ Club link on the MDSA website. Please check the events you would be interested in and clearly fill in the information on the bottom of the form. Names will be provided to the appropriate committee chair who will contact you as the event date approaches.The completed form should be returned to the school office by September 11, 2015. Please address it to Denise Zambotti c/o Teresa Zambotti ’17. This form is also available on the MDSA web site (under the Parents’ Club tab) and completed forms can be e-mailed to dzambot3@gmail.com in lieu of returning it to the school.
