Beamline and Hall• Shielded area virtually complete

– SW corner– Replacement West wall concrete ordered, corner pieces about to be ordered– Delivery both ~6 weeks, installation next opportunity– Extra wall near Door and roof subject to survey

• Extra shielding in plinth doorway– Plan using high density blocks, availability ~1 week– Agreement with Paul Wright RPA– Check numbers needed and Order today

• Plinth rails installed & surveyed – Double check needed on alignment measurements

• CKOV stand– Materials and parts ordered by Oxford– Discussion, & Extra small detail drgs lifting, dowel pins etc (being

finished?)– CJN will organise PRR (Peter back next week)

• Triplet baseplates at RAL– Installation details being finalised, hope to install 1-2 weeks time– But Need blockhouse access

• Rolling platform– Review end September– Ordered air skates– First platform required March 08

• Future plans– False floor– Concrete plinth
