HOW DID THE IDEA OF MR.HOMECARE COME UPo A number of people asked us to service their homes because we were servicing offices already, so we

thought of the idea and tried it out for 3 months in Oct’14o The 3 month home services trial was a great success & we decided to launch an online platform called

www.mrhomecare.in

TO BE AN EXTENSION OF EVERY HOME IN INDIA!oMHC will be a one stop shop for all homes

oMr.Home Care will start of by providing all services in Homes across India over the next 2 years

oAfter we succeed at providing services we will build our own brand of product (chemicals, consumables) to become a one-stop shop for all sorts of home needs

oWe will also begin to do Home Audits to give each client of ours a ‘Mr.Homecare Home Health Card’ to ensure that their home is up to our safety and quality standards

THE VISION OF MR.HOMECARE (MHC)

CURRENT STATUS

o Started off with providing home services in Mumbai in February. Expansion plan is as follows: Pune in May Bangalore in June Delhi in July Hyderabad in August

o Currently a web based platform (www.mrhomecare.in). Will be launching the mobile application in August 2015

o Mr.Homecare is not the primary service provider, it is only a technology & marketing platform for its vendor’s and partner’s services

o Target is to service 2000 homes per month by December 2015, and begin planning the product side in 2016

• Annual service contract that consists of an 4 quarterly services• Pests Treated - Cockroaches, Ants, Rodents, Silverfish & Flies. • Herbal Treatments , making them child safe & pet friendly. • We also allow clients to book single service treatments• Service time – 1-2 hours

TERMITE TREATMENT

• One-Time Contract – 3 Treatments over the course of 2 months• All beds rooms, sofas & curtains will be treated even if the problem is in a single area• Service Time – 2 to 3 hours

• Annual service contract that consists of an 4 quarterly services• Technician will drill a hole and inject a chemical & cement to arrest termite infestation• Service time – 1-2 hours

HANDYMAN SERVICES

ELECTRICAL/CARPENTARY/PLUMBING

AC SERVICING

• Solve minor handyman related problems, such as fixing taps, MCBs, hinges, assemblies etc.• Service time – visit charges are for a period of 0-2 hours, in case the handyman requires more

that 2 hours for a service, he will connect our customer care to the client and inform them about excess charges

• Material/Spares – the client must procure all consumables • If needed, the handyman can procure for the client, spares will be paid for on actuals

against the bills

• Non- Comprehensive AC servicing • Recommended as an AMC – 4 services per year• Service time – 30-45 mins per unit

EXTERIOR DEATILING

• Interior Deep Clean & Shampoo – Seats, Mats, Inner Roof, Running board, Boot, Bonnet, cabin fittings

• Exterior – Shampoo & Jet wash of the exteriors of the car• Service time – 2-2.5 hours

SCRUB + EXTERIOR DETAILING

• Shampoo of the body of the car, removes tar marks• Wax polish – 3 step wax polish of the car• Service Time – 2 to 2.5 hours
