Googling is OK, but mostly we look in books, such as this new one by Charles Allen, Ken Wilson, and Harry Winters. Louisiana Wildflowers is available at NativeVenturesBooks So once we figure out what that beautiful plant is, how do we go about reproducing it on our own property? If it’s legal and harmless to the plant’s population in the wild, we can grow from seeds. Back to the books we go!
