Aluminium Extrusion


• Facilities: Aluminium Extrusion Make JLM.

• 2 Numbers of Extrusion Presses with high precision PLC controlled to meet high quality and tight dimensions and tolerance.

• 1800 MT & 900 MT• Billet Size 7 ” & 5 ”• Installed Capacity: 9000 MT/

Annum.• CCD : Solid – 160 mm, Hollow –

140 mm.

• Fully Automated puller.• Well equipped Lab for

quality check.

• Making any extrudable profile up to 200 mm in

6XXX series alloy & Temper.• Profile length: 1 to 6 Mtrs.• Homogenizing facility to

make uniform the mechanical property in the billet.

• Annealing, quenching and heat treatment facility to maintain mechanical property to profiles.

• Computerized Direct Reading Optical Emission Spectrometer.• Computerized Tensile Testing Machine.• Hardness Testing Equipments.• Automatic Profile Measuring Systems.• Electrical Conductivity Meter.• Straightness Checking Facility.• Hardness Tester.• Above testing equipments are available at our Gandhidham and kathua

plants. Metenere Ltd is committed to manufacturing of Aluminium Extruded

Sections, which satisfies the customer by way of continual improvement in Quality, Quantity, Quick Service and Reliability.


Packing

• Once the quality assurance department gives clearance, the product is sent through an automatic conveyor that ensures online spiral wrapping, HDPE packing and finally wooden packing as per the customer requirement.

• Any other mode of packing as per customer requirement.
