Health Triangle Activity Begin by reading “Your Health Triangle Activity
Worksheet.” Add up your yes answers for each section
(physical, mental, and social). For each yes cut out a block for that dimension. Once you have cut out all of your strips, form a
triangle and tape it to the back of the “total health worksheet.”
Do not forget to answer the questions on the bottom of the total health worksheet.
