Working as a HR Analyst Supporting UK Member firm Queries.
On boarding processes, hiring an Employee into the SAP, by entering all
employee details in SAP based on the Hiring Form.
Deliver excellent service and ensure service level agreements are met
Resolve more complex queries and escalations from the Assistants,
escalating to the Team Leader if necessary or specific cases to the
appropriate Hire to Retire team or third party provider.
Record and maintain accurate activity information tracking through to
timely closure.
Terminating Employees and providing reference Letters as per Last
working day in the Firm.
Processing Transfers of Employees based on the ESS form ( Employee
Self Service) submitted by the Hiring Manager along with the Relevant
Approvals.
Responding to Employees Missing Timesheet Queries through various
sources, by validating the Employee’s records and seek approval from
the employee’s Manager
Processing Pay changes, Bonus pay, and Adhoc Pays and Rewards by
ensuring all the payments have been entered in the system before the
Payroll cut off.
Based on the Employment Status, set up different benefits to the
employee as per the Grade and Position the employee is in.

accurate completion of queries and activities.
