Discovery: Angkor Thom, Ta Prohm andThommanon. The great city of Angkor Thomonce was home to 1 million people. The Bayonis the temple in the center of the city. After centuries of human neglect, the jungle hasclaimed the temples, courtyards and paths ofthis once-great Buddhist monastery. Continueto Thommanon, a recently restored temple withexquisite Apsara carvings.
