Mr. Halperin served two terms as Presi- dent of the ESD Associaon and is an honored re- cipient of the ESD Outstanding Contribuons Award, and the Joel P. Weidendorf award for his contribu- ons to industry and ESD standards development. Ron Gibson Ron Gibson is an SH&A Senior Associate special- izing in manufacturing process control, training and facility cerficaon in accordance with ANSI/ ESD S20.20. He is well known internaonally as an outstanding ESD praconer and as a major con- tributor to ESD technology for the past 25 years. He is Celesca Internaonal’s Global Engineer- ing Consultant and Corporate ESD Program Man- ager. He currently provides ESD technical guid- ance and services to all Celesca manufacturing sites, and many other internaonal corporaons. As a respected member of the standards develop- ment community Ron is acve in the Internaonal Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) as the Standards Council of Canada’s (SCC) naonal representave and Chairman of the IEC 61340-5-1 working group. He served as the ESD Associaon’s Standards Chair for over 10 years. A member of the ESD Associaon since 1988, he has been acve in several Standards Commiees, a contributor to and past chairman of the EOS/ESD Technical Symposium, and served in every associaon officer’s posions including two terms as President of the ESD Associaon. The Specialist Program starts with Level 1: Plant Auditor.

Level 1: ANSI/ESD S20.20 Plant Auditor will teach you how to make the required measurements verifying that your process ESD Controls are functional. It includes compliance verification resistance measurements, grounding, bench top ionizer performance assessment and ESD controls troubleshooting.
