BASIC InFORMATIOn

The benefit of Metal Line ECO series is its price availability simultaneously with keeping of the quality and functionality of the carts.

• Metal Line ECO series includes carts made of a steel structure that meets all basic requirements.

• Metal Line ECO series is suitable for use in common facilities, in which no increased requirements for resistance are laid down

• Metal Line ECO series allows, thanks to huge amount of diverse optional and accessories to build carts variants for various purposes and facilities such as carts: pharmaceutical, prevail, visiting carts for doctors.

• The carts are divided into two height options (low and high version), except the group OPEn, which is produced only in high version

• Metal Line BASIC series offers the most basic kinds of carts types, divided into four groups, for carts:

• drawer carts OPEN

• drawer carts

• drawer combined with roller shutter with modular baskets MS

• drawers for documentation

drawer carts - OPEn

Width 73cm, Depth 54cm, Height 102cm

• Cart structure is made of steel with baked-on powder coating of grey RAL 7042 shade with antivibration frame around whole circumference of the cart corpus

• Basic cart type is always equipped with a top working desktop made of stainless steel AISI 304 (ferritic steel) with 12 mm frame with four rounded safety plastic elements (ABS) located in corners of a cart desktop

• The cart is equipped with a removable bottom shelf with frame from stainless steel 430 (ferritic steel)

• The cart can be supplied with different working desktop, see page 15

• Basic drawer cart type – made of steel with baked-on powder coating of grey RAL 7042 shade, see page 14

• The drawer is covered by a compact face made of hardened plastic (ABS) with rounded corners and edges

• Colour design, see page 26

• Drawers are equipped with full telescopic ball extension with shut and damping

• Drawers’ handles including pushing one are made of steel, varnished colour grey RAL 7042 shade built -in plastic clips (ABS)

• Drawers central locking

• Load capacity of each drawer (S, M, L, XL), see page 14

• The cart is in bottom part protected by four round elements made of plastic

• Cart is equipped with zinc wheels, dimensions: 4 x rotating d=10 cm, two of them are braked

• Complete optional and accessories for carts of Metal Line ECO series can be found on page 17-19

• In combination with basic cart types and optional you obtain assembly such as: pharmaceutical, prevail, visiting carts for doctor, see page 20-25

• Inside the roller shutter are removable (MS) baskets of three sizes made of high resistant plastic (ABS) allowing easy dividing of internal space of drawer by the help of single dividers, see page 27-29

• Drawers are equipped with full telescopic ball extension with shut and damping. Modular baskets are on telescopic ball extensions.
