about McKenzie McKenzie is a nutrition and wellness consultant for commodity boards, food companies, and corporations, who believes in the power of whole foods, whole-hearted living, and finding appreciation for your whole body. She writes, speaks, and presents on the topics of nutrition, real foods cooking, and body image.

McKenzie is also a contributing editor for the award winning publication, Environmental Nutrition, and her numerous other articles can be found in publications such as The Chicago Tribune, Today's Dietitian, The Daily Press, The Morning Call, Buffalo News, OR Today, The Santa Clarita Valley's Signal Health & Family Guide, and more.

McKenzie graduated manga cum laude from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo with a degree in Food Science and Nutrition and completed her Dietetic Internship at Bastyr University in Seattle.
