SUBJECT: RECONSTITUTION OF THE CONTRACT TERMINATION REVIEWCOMMITTEE (CTRC) AND TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP (TWG)

In the interest of the service and pursuant to Annex I, Guidelines on Termination of Contractof the Revised IRR of RA 9184, the Contract Termination Review Committees (CRTC) andTechnical Working Group (TWG) for NIACentral and Field Offices are hereby reconstituted,as follows:

The Contract Termination Review Committee (CTRC)shall assist the Head of the ProcuringEntity in the discharge of his function under Annex I, Guidelines on Termination Contracts ofthe Revised IRR of RA9184. All decisions recommended by the CTRCshall be subject to theapproval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately and supersedes any other issuancesinconsistent herewith.
