Medicine ball

It is a spherical ball with different weights and you can use it with an unstable support in some drills or you can also use it like a load in different movements.

Plyo Box

It is like a drawer and you can jump with it. There are different heights depending on the level.

Kettlebell KB

They are spherical with a grip that is similar to a ring. It helps to complete a functional training session .

Wheel

It is a tractor wheel or truck that is used to jump or pus hit. You can also hit it with a hammer.

TRX

It is like a harness with two grips in which you can train either suspension strength or body-weight drills.

Battle ropes

They are very heavy, you need such a strength to move them constantly.

Dumbell

They can be used in lots of movements related to CrossFit.

You can use dumbbells in all movements which are similar to CrossFit above all for those movements which include multi-articular movements.

Barbell

You can both use weights and work muscles which different movements.

Sandbag

It is a sandbag, There are different ones and they are used as a weight in different drills. We can go with them as well as throw them.

Floor

It must be protected and prepared to take hard hits such as, jumps, races, etc.

Cages

Everything is included here, even a place where you can dangle the rings y racks for squats.

We can complete it in many different ways. For instance, we can use them with different kind of jumps, with monkey bars which are either on the walls or in the middle of a box.

Rowing

Running and sprinting should be enough, but in case we want to include a different drill, a rowing machine would help a lot to train in rainy days as some people do not feel like going outside.

Skipping rope

Another training would be jumping with a skipping rope. There are different ropes such as anti-tangle ropes and speed ropes which are very recommendable for double unders.

Rings

For CrossFit gymnastic drills like muscle up, the rings can be either on the ceiling or in the cage.

Rope climb

These ones are on the ceiling so that people can complete different drills which are necessary for those who want to work as a firefighter.

Sleds

They are really good as they mix strength and they are useful to improve potency. You have to move big loads by pushing the fastest possible in a certain distance.
