• Mastercraft Tires has a rich "American made" history dating back over 100 years to the Falls Rubber Company in Ohio. In 1909, Falls made tires for motorized buggies and was known for its “vulc-annealed” production process, a special slowcooling procedure that prevented the tires from becoming brittle. Mastercraft was one of the first brands Falls offered during its early days outside of Cleveland.

• Falls was purchased in 1930 by The Cooper Corporation, another Ohio based tired company, and the two formed The Master Tire & Rubber Company. Master Tire eventually changed its name back to Cooper Tires in 1946, but the Falls brand continued to be marketed separately.

• The Falls name was dropped in 1995 and the brand became Mastercraft Tires. Today, Mastercraft offers a full line of passenger, light truck and medium truck radials that deliver quality and value.
