MasterCraft has been shaping the boating industry since 1968. More than four decades after the original MasterCraft made its debut, our goal remains the same - to continue building the world’s best ski, wakeboard and luxury performance powerboats, year after year. Our Vonore, Tennessee plants are staffed with dedicated professionals, manufacturing only the very finest, quality boats.

With a large movement towards coastal waters, MasterCraft introduced the saltwater series line of boats. All of the saltwater engines are fresh-water-cooled, protected with

premium multi-coat non-corrosive paint and come with composite motor mounts. MasterCraft spent hundreds of hours offshore in Florida testing components like stainless steel gas shocks, hydraulic steering, fully sealed wiring, sacrificial anodes, raw water strainers and the engines in the roughest conditions.

One of the unique features of each and every MasterCraft is our wakeboard towers, which comes complete with board

and surf racks. All MasterCraft towers fold in seconds by the release of two handles at the base of the tower to ensure the boats can be stored away at a significantly reduced overall height, which is ideal to assist tender garages and lifting solutions on-board Superyachts.

MasterCraft Boats UK offers an exclusive bespoke range of MasterCraft boats from 6.10M to 7.75M available with an exclusive bespoke conversion to diesel engine, with our partners Yanmar.

Having worked with many Superyacht owners, captains and industry professionals, MasterCraft Boats UK recognised the benefits of a dedicated diesel watersports tender. This was not only from a safety prospective but also functionality, and the ability to be able to refuel on board offered a significant benefit to Superyacht’s spending long periods of time offshore.

Once production of the boat is completed, our in house MasterCraft qualified engineers complete the custom install to diesel, something which is a worldwide exclusive to us and a procedure that requires a very specific skill set to ensure that performance isn’t compromised in anyway.

On completion of the installation you will be invited to attend our test facility were our engineers will provide a thorough on water demonstration and provide you with further details of running in procedures, future maintenance requirement, to ensure the MasterCraft boat we provide remains reliable and most of all pleasurable to use.

BESPOKE DIESEL CONVERSION


The twin turbos provide a wide power band. They spool up quickly for low-end torque, and deliver maximum flow at higher rpm. They also ensure quiet and smooth operation throughout the range with great acceleration.

With up to 180 amps output, the alternator delivers plenty of power for today’s marine electronics and other needs. In twin applications, the use of a power inverter on smaller boats may eliminate the need for a generator, further reducing weight and cost.

The exceptionally quiet, smooth and compact 8LV engine is EPA Tier 3-compliant. It has a wide power band, with adjustable idle speeds as low as 550 rpm for trolling speeds in the marina, and tops out at 3,800 rpm. At a 992-pound dry weight, it has the best power-to-weight ratio in its class.

Working with our dedicated engineers at the MasterCraft factory and our design team, we will ensure we provide a safe and certified solution that ensures whatever the challenging conditions may present, the lifting solution remains safe and ease of usage is always high on our priority.
