Massey. Taking inspiration from Spanish Moorish architecture, the building features spiral- fluted columns and pointed elements atop the parapet meant to mimic minarets.

Old plumbing line was exposed. Uneven layers of the existing subfloor were in need of leveling in order to smooth and repair the substrate.
The deteriorating subfloor covered in old glue was exposing some of the original ceramic tiles.
Old layers of glue were exposing the original concrete.
Old layers of ordinary gypsum werepeeling back.
The concrete was uneven after theoriginal walls were removed to open up the floor plan.

Priming: Schönox VD
Schönox VD, universal acrylic primer, is applied over the existing concrete subfloor.
Schönox VD is used to reduce absorption, bind residual dust, and increase adhesion.

The rapid setting screed can be poured or pumped.
Ready for covering after approximately 24 to 72 hours.
SEZ Plus cures extremely hard and strong at 6500 PSI.
SEZ Plus is easy to apply and dries fast even in thicker layers.
Ready for foot traffic after approximately 3 hours.
Large trenches were left where walls once stood. SEZ Plus is used to fillthe voids.
Schönox SEZ Plus, rapid setting screed, is used to repair voids in existing concrete.
