3. Place sensor on wrist as shown and carefully thread the tip of the strap through the open red loop
4. Wrap the loose end of the strap around your wrist and press
1. Remove sensor from pouch 2. Peel off yellow label to activate battery
Listen for click to secure.
Look for lightto confirmconnection.

2. Press down on the chip to secure

Place blacksquare ( )on finger pad
1. Remove part of release liner and place star ( ) on top of fingernail of ring finger
2. Wrap halfway around finger. Make sure the star and square are lined up directly across from each other
4. Remove release liner and continue to wrap remainder around finger
3. Squeeze top and bottom of wrap to secure
5. Adjust cable to comfortable length
