Engineer & Engineering
"Engineering is a great profession. There is the satisfaction of watching a figment of the imagination emerge through the aid of science to a plan on paper. Then it moves to realization in stone or metal or energy. Then it brings homes to men or women. Then it elevates the standard of living and adds to the comforts of life. this is the engineer's high privilege."

Body in unnecessary Shaking and Movements(Do practical)How our bodies behave when we make
unnecessary movements:
Close your eyes, then
Put your palms on down position & observe Breathing.

Inner Engineering“Inner Engineering is neither a religion, nor a philosophy or dogma. It is a technology for wellbeing. One does not have to believe or disbelieve, just have to learn to use. Technology will produce results irrespective of who you are.” – Sadhguru

Saint, Guru, Yogi, Sadhu, Sanyasi, Seer. A saint is a being who has attained to a certain level of
pleasantness. They are good people. They are no good as Gurus. His blessing will add to your life in some way, but he cannot take you to your ultimate wellbeing.
Yogis are evolved in their technology. If they are real yogis who have reached a certain attainment in yoga, they know the whole technicality. You might have known moments of union. So if you have known moments of union in your life, we can say you are a part-time yogi!
A seer may not be spiritual at all. He is somebody who has vision. A seer is somebody who is able to see things that normally people cannot see. He has a higher level of perception.
A sadhu means a peaceful or mild one.

The different types of Karma( Information) One is sanchita karma. This is the warehouse of karma which goes right
back to a single-celled animal and even inanimate substances from where
life evolved. All the information is there. If you close your eyes, become
aware enough and look into yourself, you will know the nature of the
universe – not because you are looking at it through your head, but simply
because this information is present in the making of the body. There is a
warehouse of information going back into creation. That is your sanchita
karma.
But you cannot take your warehouse and do retail business. You need to
have a shop to do retail. That “retail shop,” which is for this life, is called
prarabdha.
Prarabdha karma is a certain amount of information allotted for this life.
Depending upon the vibrancy of your life, life allots for itself how much
information it can take on. The creation is very compassionate. If it gives
you the whole lot of karma that you have, you will be dead. Right now,
many people are tortured by the simple memories from the 30-40 years of
this lifetime. If they are given a hundred times that memory, they wouldn’t
survive it. So, nature allots prarabdha, an allotted memory that you could
handle.
22
Hatha YogaThe word “ha” means sun, “ta” means
moon. “Hatha” means the yoga to bring balance between the sun and the moon in you, or the Pingala and Ida in you. Hatha yoga is a preparatory process of
yoga. You can explore Hatha yoga in ways that
take you beyond certain limitations, but fundamentally, it is a physical preparation – preparing the body for a higher possibility.
23
Puja (Worship) Prarthana (Prayer)Meditation
The English word “meditation” doesn’t mean anything in the sense, if you close your eyes and sit, in English we call it “meditation.”
But you can sit with your eyes closed and do many things. There are many dimensions. You can do japa, tapa, dharana, dhyana, samadhi, shoonya.
The mind does not like meditation because if you keep the body still, the mind will also naturally become still. This is why so much stress has been laid in yoga on hatha yoga and asanas. If you just learn how to keep your body absolutely still, then your mind will also become still, just observe yourself and see how many unnecessary movements your body makes when you stand, sit or speak. If you look at your life, you will see that more than half the time is taken up in these things that you yourself don’t care for.
24
Sadhana
Sadhana is that blessed process through which
you realize this, that there is nowhere to go. When
the need to go stops, your sadhana is successful.
Then you just sit.
Sadhana is aimed at ironing out the logical mind,
so that you become like a piece of mirror.
25
MeditationMeditation" or "Dhyana" means to go beyond the limitations of the physical body and the mind. Only when you transcend the limited perspective of the body and the mind do you have a complete dimension of life within you.
There are 3 fundamental nadis or energy pathways in the system- the Ida, Pingalaand Sushumna.
Within the spine, there are two holes on either side of the spine which are like conduit pipes for all the nerves to pass. This is the Ida and the Pingala, the left and the right channels.
In the Pranamayakosha or the energy body, there are 72,000 nadis. The 72,000 nadis spring from three basic nadis – the left, the right and the central – the Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna. The word “nadi” does not mean nerve. Nadis are pathways or channels of prana in the system. These 72,000 nadis don’t have a physical manifestation. In the sense, if you cut the body and look in, you will not find them. But as you become more aware, you will notice the energy is not moving at random, it is moving in established pathways. There are 72,000 different ways in which the energy or prana moves.
There are the only four realities in life: body, mind, emotion, and energy. Whatever you wish to do, you can only do it on these four levels with your body, your mind, your emotions or your energy. Yogavideo

The Third Eye
The third eye does not mean someone’s forehead has
cracked and something came out. It simply means another dimension of perception has opened up.
The two eyes can see only that which is physical. If just covered by them with the hand, they cannot look beyond that. That is how limited they are.
If the third eye has opened, it means another dimension of perception which is inward looking, which looks at life completely differently, has opened up and everything that can be perceived is perceived.
Human Breaths per min and its Significance A human being breathes 12-15 times/min, normally. If you reduce it to 11,
you will know the ways of the outermost part of the earth or the atmosphere (i.e. you will become meteorologically sensitive). If you reduce it to 9, you will know the language of the other creatures on this planet. If you reduce it to 7, you will know the very language of the earth. If you reduce it to 5, you will know the language of the source of creation.
A combination of hatha yoga and kriya will gradually increase your lung capacity, but above all, will help you achieve a certain alignment, a certain ease, so that your system evolves to a state of stability where there is no static, no crackle; it just perceives everything.
Cosmic Download If you hold it in the right position, it can receive the whole cosmos. If you hold it
in some other way, you will know nothing beyond the five senses. Your body is like a barometer. If you know how to watch it, it can tell you everything about you and the world around.

Why should I do Isha Kriya ?
“Isha” refers to that which is the source of creation; “kriya” literally means “internal action”. The purpose of Isha Kriya is to help an individual get in touch with the source of his existence and create life according to his own wish and vision.
Daily practice of Isha Kriya brings health, dynamism, peace and wellbeing. It is a powerful tool to cope with the hectic pace of modern life.
