Setting the Stage• Library decides to implement 2.0 services• Form a committee to focus on Library 2.0 in
your library from different specialty areas that will most likely be most impacted:– Information Technology– Reference– Circulation– Readers Advisory
• This will generate interest and ownership from the staff right from the start
