Marketing Solutions
Marketing strategy defines a business and how it wants to position itself in the marketplace. Strategy
is based on overall business goals. A marketing strategy includes: Defining the business and its products or services Creating a profile of target customers
Applying findings from analysis of past marketing campaigns
Determining the role of the business in the marketplace in relationship to the competition Understanding the market climate, risk, opportunities and marketing strengths and weaknesses
Other important pieces of strategy include positioning and brand strategy: defining the elements of a brand and how it fits into the marketplace – and services and pricing strategies.
Marketing planning is mapping the process for reaching your target customers. Questions involved in
planning include: How do target customers respond to both online and offline media?
How do the target customers search for, study, shop for, and buy the products/services being sold? What marketing approaches will work?
What happens if one aspect of the plan changes? Does the marketing plan fit the strategy?
Understanding what would happen if we change one element of the plan?
Other considerations in a marketing strategy and planning process may include: Developing marketing objectives and policies
Forecasting profits Developing business forms

Who I Am: I’m not an advertising agency. I’m a consultant that believes that working hard has its
rewards. I create a unique way to meet your individual marketing needs without all the overhead. I offer strategic, ethical and creative marketing. I have over 30 years of marketing experience. Think of me as an extension of your organization.
What I Do: I serve all your immediate and long term marketing needs. I look at each communication
challenge as a unique opportunity to deliver you results. One marketing solution doesn’t always meet the needs of others, so I custom tailor plans that work for you. I provide you knowledge, experience, specialized skills, creativity, contacts, tools, and of course, man-hours that may not be available within your organization or company. I give advice related to strategy and planning, product/services/company branding, risk and legal considerations, as well as provide you with a benchmark for growth.
What I Can Offer: I see the big picture by processing the hidden challenges and highlighting potential
opportunities to arrive at the best method for achieving your business goals. Some of the recommended strategies in your plan will be low or no cost; others will require some investment. Of those that require expenditure, I will recommend which ones you should execute in-house, and which ones you should out-source.
Publicity is FREE, advertising cost money! I like to use my networking skills and ability to gain you publicity. I can help you with creative services (ads, brochures, flyers, direct-mail etc.), printing, ongoing consulting & follow-up, media planning, and staff training. I don’t settle for generic materials that merely informs or educates, but design a marketing package that focuses on who “YOU” are, that attracts the customers that you desire, builds your reputation, and sells additional services for extra income.

FEE SCHEDULE January 2016
Marketing Solutions
Project Fee: I am available to you for a period of 12 months to teach, market, and provide you marketing
solutions for identifiable goals for your company. A full written marketing plan will be provided before the start of each project. Since I will not be considered an employee on your payroll, I do not require company benefits.
Fee P1: $6,720 per month/ 12 month commitment - (min 160 hours per month)
Fee P2: $2,000 per month/ Monthly commitment (up to 40 hours per month)
Fee P3: $1,000 per month/ Monthly Commitment (up to 20 hours per month)
Retainer Fee: I am available to you on an as needed basis for a set amount of time, to provide marketing
solutions for identifiable goals for your company.
Fee R1: $2,100 per week (Mon – Fri)
Fee R2: $1,250 per weekend (Sat & Sun)
Fee R3: $416 per day (8 hour)
Consulting Fee: I am available to you on an “as needed basis” to construct and help implement a full or
partial marketing plan for your company.
Fee C1: $99 initial meeting to review goals for company
Fee C2: $52 per hour
Terms & Conditions:
Consulting Fees are to be paid in advance of service.
Retainer Fees are to be paid in advance of service.
Project Fee – First month is to be paid in advance and then remaining monthly fees are due the first day of every month. A $25 late fee will be added to any payment 7 days past due.
