Marketing Exposure The marketing team are always looking for exciting images for themed marketing newsletters, the website gallery, social media, blogs and other marketing activities. Please share beautiful lifestyle images of the collections you will be selling at Spirit, for the purpose of inclusion in our marketing and PR campaigns. All images should be sent via WeTransfer to [email protected] PR opportunities: Share with us any interesting news or unusual stories about your company or how it all began, celebrity clients, exclusives to Spirit and new and exciting product launches. 2. Your Free Website Listing Your listing on the Fair’s website is incredibly important as it helps you reach a wider audience than just visitors to the Fair! The website receives 1000’s of hits per month so make sure you leverage this important tool. Your exhibitor profile pages are the most viewed so we encourage you to add as much detail as possible! This year you can upload videos, press releases and product images and details to your profile, as well as your logo and videos. 3. Free Marketing Tools and Materials Take advantage of the free marketing materials we have available such as our Fair Promotional Postcard, complimentary e-tickets, special offer code and digital banners, by completing the Marketing Form by 8 October 2021. You can find a download to your Marketing Form on your e-zone platform. Each exhibitor may claim an allocation of complimentary e-ticket codes. ***Please note that you will not be able to claim your complimentary e-ticket codes unless a deposit for your stand has been received. To make a payment please contact the Accounts Team on 020 7384 7868

This year all ticket allocations will be sent out as e-ticket codes.

How the e-ticket works… We will provide you with a list of unique customer codes to match your complimentary e-ticket allocation. You can then email individual customers who you wish to give a complimentary ticket, or two. The customer can then register for a ticket online and will receive an e-ticket with a unique QR code, which they need to print and bring along to gain entry to the Fair.

You can distribute The Fair Promotional Postcards to your customers e.g. with your orders, in a mailing or to distribute at events (size A6). You can claim up to 100 printed Postcards, but if you require more please get in touch!

Don’t forget to promote your presence at the show! Engage with us and share straight to your socials, using links from your website to ours with a ‘See Us At’ banner. Use the Fair logo or ‘See Us At’ banner, along with your stand number on all advertising in the run up to the Fair. You can download the ‘See Us At’ banners from your e-zone login platform.

Invite your customers (and any influencers that you work with!) to the show using your Special Ticket Offer! Claim your code and give them a 25% discount on tickets in advance of the Fair. Please see the Marketing form to claim your 25% code. Marketing Form can be found on your e-zone platform.

4. NEW: PromoPortal – Promote your participation at the Fair and win exclusive rewards and additional opportunities in the process! Spread the festive cheer and let your customers and followers know you’ll be exhibiting at the event. For each ticket sold via your unique link, you’ll accumulate points which equate to some very exciting prizes and benefits. Simply request a login on the Marketing Form to access the rewards scheme and get selling! The marketing form can be downloaded from your e-zone login platform.

5. Exclusive Fair Offers Let us know of any exclusive Fair offers you will be bringing to the Fair and we can highlight these in the marketing campaign, thus shining the spotlight on your brand! Email [email protected]

6. Social Media: Make your mark on our engaged social followers a. Provide a prize for the 20th Anniversary Give-Away bundle (this

will include exposure across social media for brands involved) b. Get involved in Instagram marketing: Q&A’s/video content/workshops and more c. The Spirit of Christmas Fair box office is open for customers to book tickets or claim their complimentary e-tickets: http://spiritofchristmasfair.co.uk/

8. The Fair Pocket Map The Fair Pocket Map will be available on entry to the Fair and will provide visitors with a vital reference tool to navigate their way around the Fair. The map will contain a full A-Z list of exhibitor with their company name and stand details and The Fair’s floor plan. We have also added three categories (Sustainable, Ethical, British) this year, for you to select if you fall into them, which will be included in the Fair Pocket Map and on the Exhibitor Directory filter. Advertising opportunities will be available, with more details coming soon.
