Walgreens 2/2005 – Present Senior Analyst for Field HR (April 2015 – present) Developed and managed execution plans for field leader selection process, learning and development programs through collaboration with key stakeholders. In partnership with corporate key groups, coordinated initiative timelines, resource planning, allocation, and adoption reporting. Strategic Successes: o Partnered with store operations leadership team to manage the successful execution of a number of

Assistant Store Manager: (February 2005 - December 2005/January 2009 – September 2009) Executed employee training, coaching, engagement and supervision of hourly employee performance. Monitored and analyzed customer service levels, inventory trends and cash management. Ensured staff had a working knowledge of all computer and technology systems and software. Ensured compliance of all company policies as well as state laws and regulations.
