MARINA BA IXA CUP is a Tournament of Youth Football and Girls Football for clubs, schools of sport and schools from Prebenjamín (born in 2012-2011) to Juvenil (born in 2002-2001-2000) categories.

The 11th edition will be held from June 27th to 30th 2019 in L´Alfàs del Pi, Beni-dorm and Altea. (Alicante, Spain).

100 teams from Spain and abroad, as an average, participate in MARINA BA IXA CUPfor some days in order to enjoy their favourite sport exciting competition and, at the same time, the best holiday toge-ther with their family and friends in the exceptional surroundings of la Costa Blanca, with its beautiful beaches and a wide range of tourist attractions and lei-sure activities. • 4th MATCH DAY: Final phases.

• CLOSING CEREMONY and TROPHIES HANDOVER.

• HOTEL CHECKOUT. Rooms must be left at 12:00 a.m. but this day lunch is included in the price.

SATURDAY

• 3rd MATCH DAY: Qualifying matches for the fi nal phases. Matches will be played in the morning and in the afternoon.

• FOOTBALL PARTY PARADE: In the afternoon, all the participants will go through the streets of El Racó de L´Albir in a colourful show with music, fun and fraternity among the clubs.

FRIDAY• 1st and 2nd MATCH DAYS: Ball is starting to roll!

Matches will be played in the morning and in the afternoon.

• At night, it will be held a WELCOME COCKTAIL for two representatives of each team.

THURSDAY

• TEAMS ARRIVAL: Reception and hotels check in. Rooms will be available from 5.00 pm.

• WELCOMING TECHNICAL MEETING with the teams representatives. Handover of the docu-ments and credentials

FOOTBALL PARTY PARADE. Players and trainers will go through the streets of “Racó de L´Albir” with music and surprises.

Tournament CLOSING CEREMONY and _TROPHIES HANDOVER. Trophies will be given in each category for the cham-pions, runners-up, the best player and the best keeper. There will be a trophy to the “Fair Play” team and to the best audition.

A Sports Insurance covers the fi rst hos-pital care due to injuries players could suff ered whilst playing in a hospital of the area.

CANCELLATION FEEIf cancelled up to 30 days before June 27th, can-

cellation fee will not be charged. Please visit our web-site to fi nd the accepted reasons to cancel with no charge after 30 days before the tournament. In all other cases, fees will be charged as detailed below:

• Between 29 and 15 days before: 30% of the price will be charged.

• Between 14 and 7 days before: cancellation fees will be 40% of the price.

• Between 6 and 0 days before: 80% of the price will be charged.

For those teams who would like to stay for one or more days before or after the tournament, we off er the possibility of extending their stay.
