CREW LEADER - is responsible for ensuring that client's expectations for site maintenance and service are being met or
exceeded within budget and safety requirements by managing, coordinating and monitoring the performance of the maintenance
crew(s) assigned.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Quality Control of Job Site
Plantings and Flower Installation
Qualification Requirements: Ability to operate various lawn care machinery including mowers, edgers, back pack blowers
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to managers, employees, and clients
Education and/or Experience: Minimum of 1 or 2 years of hands-on landscape experience and/or
Minimum education of a two or four year degree in a landscape related degree, general degree with coursework in the
landscape field or certification by a landscape association.
CREW MEMBER - responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape service that meets or exceeds the
standards of clients and management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare trucks for day
Perform maintenance on properties
Plantings and Flower Installation
Perform maintenance on equipment
Qualification Requirements
Some experience in lawn care helpful.

Essential Functions:

Education and/or Experience: Formal training course to obtain a license.

Physical Requirements Continuous speaking, hearing, and visual effort requiring attention to detail and accuracy.
Frequent standing (for prolonged periods), walking, bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, reaching,
sitting, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling and twisting from 30 to 50 times per day, and carrying objects of
varying weights.
Frequently must reach at or above shoulder level and below shoulder level.
Considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting,
balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
Tasks require constant alertness and considerable mental concentration due to degree of difficulty,
irregularity and variety.
Stress due to pressures with dealing with a number of different personalities where patience is required.

Salary is $15 - $17/hour
JOB DESCRIPTION: Previous phone sales experience, preferably as a phone/inside sales person.
Strong sales skills and ability to work independently is very important.
Must possess good organizational, written and oral communication skills.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. The ability to learn new
programs (CIS) needed to perform duties.
Must possess professional demeanor.
This position will work a non-traditional schedule:
o 12 noon to 8pm Monday through Friday
o Candidates must be able to work these schedules.
o Training will occur the first week and will be during normal business hours of 8 am - 5
pm Monday - Friday. Once training is completed the hours will go to the ones listed
above.
Knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing and electrical, or any related industry a plus but not
required.
RESPONSIBLITIES (but not limited to):
Follow up on previous day's service calls

Recover customers who have cancelled contracts

JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary responsibilities include writing feature stories and press releases forthe
Newsroom, promoting the Newsroom to outside audiences, managing the speakers bureau (database of
experts), pitching stories to the media, coordinating public relations and media events, analyzing media
coverage, managing the photography needs of the department and writing scripts for video news packages for
distribution on the Newsroom and social media (produced in collaboration with Brookdale Television). The
coordinator will work closely with members of the Advancement Department and other departments on
campus to generate publicity and report on events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Associate Degree in Communications, Journalism or related field is required,Bachelor's preferred. A
minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in public relations or communications field is preferred.
Experience using website content management system, Word Press preferred, and familiarity with social
media platforms: YouTube, Twitter and Facebook. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office is a must,
particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with photo editing software, such as Photoshop,
preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Must be able to work
in multi-project, fast paced environment and meet concurrent deadlines. Must be able to work a flexible
schedule (evening/weekends).
