REPORTS FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY
AJ Singh gave a testimony at the South Lakes Chapter
about how he came to know Jesus when the Gospel was preached
to him. He had grown
up in a rough environ-
ment, drinking and
stealing with criminal
gangs in Manchester
and was forced into a
foster care home. His
mother was at a point
of death with cancer
and AJ was told that she hadn’t long to live. Because of this, he
became bitter and angry with himself and was so broken; he was
bitter and twisted inside and could not forgive anyone. He was
then invited for a meeting and told his mum that he was going to
hear a man from Nigeria who he was told could raise the dead. It
was at this meeting that he met Jesus and he was delivered and
his life was transformed.
It was also at this meeting that his mother, who had accom-
panied him, received a prophetic word that the curse of cancer
was broken by Jesus. Later his grandfather also got saved and
healed of eye infection. The whole of his family got saved. Praise
the Lord!
Ron gave an opportunity for prayer About 30 people were in
attendance. We believe as a fellowship that the Gospel was
preached and people were set free and healed emotionally as
prayer was offered to them. John Mwanakatwe
