Marathon's Customer First "Mystery Shop" program gives you a consumer's view of how your store rates in terms of a variety of key attributes and it gives you the knowledge you need to improve the first impressions cre­ated by your location. The Customer First program is FREE to Marathon customers.

Mystery shoppers evaluate every Marathon location each quarter. If a location is found lacking acceptable results, help is available from Marathon. It all comes down to focusing on what consumers want: fast, friendly, safe and clean sites.
