Deflection
Deflect oil away from theWaterfowl concentration areas inCaptains Bay by Obernoi Pointto free-oil recovery.
Deploy boom and anchor systemwith skiffs (class 6).
Place three 500 ft. boom sections in acascaded pattern to deflect oil to freeoil recovery efforts. Adjust the angleand direction to accommodate tidaland sea conditions and direction ofincoming oil.
Tend throughout the tide.
