MCVP MARKETING COMMUNICATION & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
AIESEC IN HONG KONG 2013-2014
Dream Run is the essence of what I am trying to communicate thought this manifesto. 2013 is about the goals we have to achieve. The work will not be easy but it is also not impossible we are more passionate and our spirits are high. We have all needed resources, and plans in place to achieve targets. We have all reasons to be confident about ourselves. AIESEC in Hong Kong is moving into future and becoming a ‘better’ organization, one that is more mature, professional and impactful. Year 2013 will be a year of AIESEC in Hong Kong, a national committee best in exchanging and quality of exchanges, delivering high volume of AIESEC experience and my role it to make it happen with all my strength. My application is about a DREAM RUN I look forward to, to make AIESEC a common name in society, a synonym for best of best in every aspect and all sphere. I am running for this position because of my strong faith in my skills in promoting AIESEC, Strategic thinking, long term planning and a strong faith in actions and implementations.

Key Focus Areas
This year I would like to make AIESEC “FIRST CHOICE
PARTNER” in Hong Kong. The brand AIESEC is revamped
to make it fit people’s need. And that what must be
done in Hong Kong. With TM developing OS Marketing
will promote it with right people. The visibility and
image of AIESEC will be revamped and made
humungous. Second thing that will be made big this
year is our information management. This will be
changed this year how we communicate within our
network.

Penetrating Schools
After 3-3-4 reform AIESEC now need to penetrate into
schools also for TMP TLP. This year we must run programs
which are school centric, MODEL UNITED NATION is one
such program.
Partnering for EVENTS
Events now will be done with partnering with external
agencies, it will help increase our outreach and also a
more professional experience to members and a splendid
delivery of events like global village recruitment drives
opening and closing of projects. Flash Mobs.
MY AIESEC Internship stories
This year every story of experience we deliver will be
captured in videos and in documents. And these will be
used to showcase our impact through all communication
channels.
The success of marketing and communication this year lies in LC-MC
synergy. And this will be what my effort will be towards this year.

INFORMATION

SPECIFIC NEWSLETTERS
Different newsletter for different stakeholder (members,
Exchange Participants, Alumni). Each newsletter will cater
to different need of each stakeholder. For this OS will be
evolved, involving associate member into process.
Training sessions
This year a transmission will happen in our system and
communication channel .PODIO, myaiesec.net and
dropbox will be made part of our processes. To make
member comfortable wiki’s ,videos and training session
will be done.

Every member every experience is as important as mine and I make promise to
