An operation centre will be set up at all sites to coordinate all activities including communications and any medialiaison that need to be done. All sites will be branded in order to make the presence of the Free State ProvincialGovernment visible in the area.

Two hundred volunteers will be on site on both days to lend a hand in this noble activity. Most of the volunteershave been secured from Virginia with the help of the Municipality with few coming from the Department, UFS and aperforming group in Bloemfontein. DETEA will provide transport for volunteers from Bloemfontein and aroundVirginia where it is necessary.

Allocation of the workforce will be done in such a way that all volunteers find the opportunity to do meaningful work
