10. Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance / faculty performance

: A student-evaluation format is filled by all students in respect of each subject taught. The student anonymously evaluates the teacher’s performance on a 4-point rating scale. Appropriate corrective action is taken, if necessary. The infrastructural facilities and the amenities are adjudged in terms of the opinions about adequacy at the class-interaction meetings. The minutes of the Committee Meeting are recorded and action initiated.

11. Grievance redressal mechanism for

faculty, staff and students

: Two Associations, the Teaching Staff Association and the Non-teaching Staff Association are recognized by the Management and their voice is heard by the Management. All genuine grievances are redressed promptly. The class-interaction Committee with student members discusses the academic & administrative problems and the grievances of the students. The minutes of the meeting are put-up to the Management for remedial action, if necessary.

The A.P.Fee Regulatory Committee (AFRC), Govt. of A.P., fixes the tuition fee once in every 3 years for the courses offered by the college. The above course-wise fees were fixed w.e.f. A.Y. 2020-21.

14. Admission Policy and Procedure

Admissions are made as per the rules and regulations of Government of Andhra Pradesh. Government conducts Centralized admissions through the Convener, EAMCET on Rank basis for 70% and the remaining 30% is filled under B-Category seats by the College as per the directions of the government on Rank / Merit Order basis. All the seats shall be ratified by the Government. Minimum qualification is 10+2 with MPC or equivalent. 10% Lateral Entry seats in second year are filled by the Convener, ECET, Government of Andhra Pradesh on Merit Rank basis. Statutory Reservations are followed as per government directions.
