PORSCHE, MERCEDES, AUDI … at Munich airport and off we vroom to the world of BMW and our escapades begin. A few local sites are not to be missed as our driver shows us the old town and the new. Check the hour at the

“Glockenspiel.” Yep … the night is still young. Munich is very alive and the Biergarten is just around the corner …!

Today’s included visits: Look behind the scenes of

BMW at the Welt. The museum offers an amazing

presentation of the brand and the history behind the

cars. The plant offers a great insight into state-of-the-

art automobile manufacturing.

Tour the old city- old and new with your private driver

guide.

Today’s recommended visits: Finish off the evening

in a fabulous nearby Biergarten and experience the real

flavors of Bavaria.

Driving distance: 23 miles.

ENERGY & ZIPTrading in your four wheels for two,

as you Segway past Mozart in Salzburg before showing up at Hangar 7. Not really a hangar, but more like where RedBull energy drink’s founder hangs his collection of historical aircraft. Afterward, Munich challenges you to walk the roof of the Olympic Stadium and if that’s not daring enough …we’ll fly-fox (zip-line) you to the other side.

Today’s included visits: Segway tour of Salzburg-

glide effortlessly along the river and by the most famous

places in the city. Hangar 7 with a fabulous collection

of historical airplanes, helicopters and Formula One

racing cars.

Walk the roof of the Munich Olympic stadium for 120

thrilling minutes and fly-fox (Zip-line) to the other side

for an unforgettable experience.

Hit the autobahn, P & M here we come. First exit: PORSCHE- experience up close the brand, the history and a vision that became a reality – “THE” sport car of our dreams. Next exit: MERCEDES– all under one hood with a name that drove us through history. From the dawn of the automobile to the today epic, historical and always a collector’s item of a different class!

the secrets behind this legendary car. Mercedes Benz

Museum- Experience the legendary history and myth

of the brand.

SOUND OF MUSIC WITH A SPLASH!

Ah …the Alps are as dramatic as they are alive, and your scenic route takes you up, down, around and over these majestic peaks to a very special canyon. It’s time to jump, slide and rappel down splashing waterfalls, narrow gorges, and natural slides: maybe even take a plunge into a cool natural pool! Your adrenaline will be flowing! All in a day’s PLAY!

Today’s included visits: Canyoning in the Alps- Rock

scrambling, abseiling, rapids, waterfalls, slides and

jumps – guaranteed is a huge adrenalin rush.

WATER & BEERTo make beer you need good

A DAY IN THE FAST LANE

Everyone has heard of it and now it’s your chance to take a shot at it. The pinnacle of a German driving experience, it

is perhaps the ultimate of driving in Europe.

Autobahn.

Overnight: Hockenheim.


ADRENALINE RUSH Jump in, take a seat and buckle up as we race around one of the world’s

most legendary and treacherous race tracks for a fast ride you will NEVER forget!

We return our wheels to Frankfurt airport and head into the city for one last “night on the town”.

Hockenheimring.

About our Car RentalsConvertible Caravans takes care of all the necessary arrangements and everything that you need when renting your car in Europe. We’ve made it all hassle-free!

Here are a few good things to be aware of in advance:

To rent or drive you must be minimum of 25 years of age. Your driver’s license must have been valid for at least one year.

An International Driving Permit (IDP) is required, but does not replace your valid Australian/New Zealand driver’s license. Both must be presented when you sign the contract at the airport of your first destination and pick up your car.

The IDP is issued by associated members of the Australian Automobile Association (AAA). Convertible Caravans of Europe cannot be held responsible if car rental is denied due to the lack of an IDP and a valid Australian driver’s license.

A credit card is required as a guarantee by the car rental service at the time of delivery.

Convertible Caravans cover 2 drivers per vehicle.

Convertible Caravans of Europe will do its best to confirm the exact brand of the vehicle prior to arrival, but cannot guarantee it.

The obligatory CDW (Collision Damage

waiver) and THW (Theft Waiver) are included in your rental. Deductibles apply and we are happy to advise you about these at any time. Details about the so-called “zero-deductibles” and PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) are also available.

All rentals come with unlimited miles/kilometers, unless otherwise mentioned.

A minor One-Way Fee will apply (picking up the cars in Munich and dropping them off in Frankfurt). Estimate approximately US$100 per vehicle.

All vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.
