The Investment Products & Advisory Services Group consists of specialized teams who support each advisor’s efforts to attract, retain, and grow client assets.

Our platform has been built to provide products, services, and expertise to support clients with as little as a few thousand dollars all the way up to institutional and ultra high net worth clients with investible assets advised or managed by Stifel in excess of $300 million. We assist with RFP opportunities and often travel to co-present with our advisors on their turf, to help increase the chances for closing high-profile prospects.

Our asset allocation work is based on sophisticated forecasting, capital markets expectations, and modeling with input from Wilshire Associates, one of the largest institutional consulting firms in the world. Stifel asset class modeling leverages access to institutional best thinking regarding asset class performance, as well as “real world” data in asset allocation preferences of large investment pools. This gives Stifel the insight and expertise required to compete effectively in the high net worth space.

Many wealthy clients use trusts as a key component in their estate plan. Stifel Trust may administer these trusts during the clients’ lifetime, or serve as corporate trustee at incapacity or death. Our trust services are designed to include the Stifel advisor in serving the client’s needs and engaging secondary relationships as wealth passes to the next generation. Our service model is more advisor-friendly than a third-party bank or other brokerage-affiliated trust relationship. Stifel Trust is built around the advisor, as opposed to many other firms where often the advisor’s role is diminished.

Stifel Trust helps advisors during firm transition so the advisor may retain business that requires a professional trustee. We never lose sight of who owns the client relationship.
