MANAGEMENT ASPECTTYPE OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONSUNERGY CO. will be operating as a general partnership. Partnership is a legal relationship originating from a voluntary contract between parties, which may be oral or written or simply implied from the acts of the parties. It involves a pooling of assets and calls for an accounting for each partner's interest in pooled assets. It is founded upon an agreement between persons, and it terminates with the expiration of the agreement or a change in the parties to the agreement. For certain purposes, the partnership takes on the attributes of a separate entity. It acquires, holds, and transfers properties in its own name. It enters into contracts with others and may sue and be sued as separate entity. Partners act as agents of the firm. The partnership is thus alternatively viewed as an association of individuals and as a separate business entity.General Partnership is an arrangement by which partners conducting a business jointly have unlimited liability, which means their personal assets are liable to the partnership's obligations. The partners came up with this choice because of these advantages: Checks and balances maintained with two parties around With more than one owner, the ability to raise funds may be increased, both because two or more partners may be able to contribute more funds and because their borrowing capacity may be greater. A partnership may benefit from the combination of skills of two or more people. There is a wider pool of knowledge, skills and contacts. Partnerships can be best cost-effective as each partner specializes in certain aspects of their business Partnership provides moral support and will allow for more creative brainstormingThough there are disadvantages such as: easily dissolved and unequal efforts devoted, partnership is the simplest and least expensive co-owned business structure. Also, it is very convenient and practical for starting up a new endeavor in the business field.

The partners will be capitalist and industrial partners contributing Php 800,000 for the 1st partner, Php 650, 000 for the 2nd and 3rd partner and Php 400, 000 for the 4th partner
