Rehabilitation will usually require a mixture of clinical, therapeutic and social intervention that also address issues relevant to a person physical and social environment.
REHABILLITATION…. The process of rehabilitation has been describe as
continuous and multifactorial…which is dependent on multiple input
(Squires, 1994)
And a mixture of clinical, therapeutic and social intervention.
(King's Fund, 1998)
The way in which these inputs are linked, through those concerned with the patient’s management and support working closely together and sharing knowledge and skills, is essential for rehabilitation to be effective, efficient and acceptable to the patient.
