1. Add “Valley” Fold (Fold 1) -- Fold the top ¾” forward, down onto itself2. Add Two Pleats (Fold 2A & Fold 2B) – Each ¾” pleat, or accordion fold, consists of a backward fold, or
“Mountain” fold, followed by a forward fold.3. Fold Bottom 2.5” Backward (Fold 3) and then turn mask over. 4. Fold Each Bottom Corner Up (All Layers) at an angle (Folds 4A & 4B) to ¾” from top5. Add “Valley Fold (Fold 5) – Fold the top ¾” (single layer) forward, down over top of Folds 4A & 4B6. Expand Mask into 3-Dimensional Shape – See diagram on next page and
