• Overarching strategy of the organisation• Young people set employing care leavers as a goal• Young people establishing a sub-group to complete the Big Lottery Application form• A big management sub-group will over see the participate now project

• Supervision and management of trainees• Buy from the whole organisation• Training for all staff •Systems and procedures in place

Benefits

• 4 care leavers are in full time employment for 3 years• Opportunity for staff progression• Young people have successfully developed and managed a project• 100 young people are supported with participation inside MACS and the wider community
