Tundra Oil & Gas Partnership has been unable to ascertain the identity of the holder of the Trust, and as a result Tundra Oil & Gas Partnership has applied to the Minister under Section 214 of The Oil and Gas Act for an order authorizing on behalf of the Royalty Owner.

The Minister may make an order authorizing drilling and production on behalf of the Missing Royalty Owner after publishing this notice of the application provided the Minister is satisfied that the Royalty Owner cannot be ascertained or found.
