The gym is located on the ground floor and features a selection of Life Fitness cardiovascular equipment including a treadmill, cross trainer alongside upright and recumbent bikes. Due to the limited footprint of the gym, a Dual Adjustable Pulley was chosen to provide the resistance element as it can perform over 220 different exercises whilst only taking up a fairly small area of the gym. Finally there is a stretching area with Swiss Ball to allow for core work and stretching. With its floor to ceiling mirrors and ceiling hung TV’s, the gym is a bright and comfortable workout space proving very popular with residents.
