Bite-‐sized In-‐house EA/PA Training Four 1.5-‐hour training sessions for EAs, PAs, secretaries and Admins, delivered during lunch periods to groups of up to 10 Assistants, in-‐house at your company’s premises. You supply the sandwich lunch and we will provide an interaction session of insightful learning for your support team. Run two or thee bite-‐size training sessions back-‐to-‐back, or on consecutive days to enable Assistants to dip in and out as work commitments permit.

INCLUDED IN PRICE: The taught option delivered to up to 10 people, handouts, and applicable taxes. Prices are applicable to lunch ‘n learns delivered in England and Wales. Meeting room, A/V equipment, refreshments and stationery to be provided by client.

PAYMENT: Payment is due 30 days from date of the invoice or before the
training commences.CANCELLATIONS 1 Personal-‐Assistant-‐Tips reserves the right to cancel any training option due
to an unavoidable situation without prior notice and without financial liability. In the event that the training is cancelled by Personal-‐Assistant-‐Tips, the client may reschedule the training to a time that is convenient for the parties or request a full refund. Personal-‐Assistant-‐Tips will endeavour to notify company of any cancellation(s) as soon as is practical.
2 Cancellations made by company are subject to the following terms. Cancellations received more than 15 days and less than 30 days prior to the
first training date – 50% of fees received will be reimbursed.Cancellations received less than 15 calendar days prior to training date –no
refund will be given but the client reschedule the training to a mutually convenient date that is within 8 weeks of the original training date. c) All cancellation notifications must be received at mking@personal-‐assistant-‐
tips.com. 3. WARRANTY: Personal-‐Assistant-‐Tips provides training courses and services
solely by reference to their description and where permitted by law Personal-‐Assistant-‐Tips exclude all other warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise from these terms and conditions. Personal-‐Assistant-‐Tips’ total liability to company, other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or where such limitation is prohibited by law, for any losses costs expenses or damages under these terms and conditions shall be limited to the total training fees paid by the client.
LIABILITY: Each party shall be liable for and hereby releases and indemnifies the other party from and against, any of its own indirect, incidental, special, consequential losses or damages or punitive damages (whether or not foreseeable), including without limitation, damages, losses, lost revenue, lost business, business interruptions, arising out of or related to, the training, the company’s premises, any advice given by Personal-‐Assistant-‐Tips or its associated entities, or anything else whatsoever. 5. ABOUT YOUR TRAINER Our EA Trainer is international expert Marguerita King BSc DipPA, founder of Personal-Assistant-Tips, EA Consultant, mentor and speaker. With over 25 years’ PA experience Marguerita understands the unique challenges faced by today’s PAs. Maguerita has been described as “a PA guru” and “The Wikipedia of the PA profession”. She has developed some of the best Assistant courses on the international market, and is a highly rated EA trainer. She has facilitated courses in major cities around the world, including, Johannesburg, Dubai, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur. Throughout her career Marguerita has written over 250 articles that provide advice to the PA profession; for publications, newsletters, and for personal-assistant-tips.com. Her teaching capabilities are rated as “excellence”.
ABOUT PERSONAL-‐ASSISTANT-‐TIPS Personal-Assistant-Tips was founded in 2009 by Marguerita King, its Managing Director. It evolved out of the popular PA resource website called personal-assistant-tips.com to fill a need for insightful and progressive Assistant development, and as such it takes a different approach to the usual PA trainings.
