What it is

Wood panels that transmit light, creating a unique transparent effect.

How it works

The transparent wood effect is achieved with "ber optics, which run through solid wood lamellas, allowing direct sunlight or arti"cial light to be transmitted. Graphics can be applied to the back to create unique and customized effects.

How it is made

LUMINOSO is made by embedding "ber optics between layers of high strength adhesives and solid wood lamellas.  No holes are created to achieve the effect.  LUMINOSO is manufactured in Switzerland.

How it is finished

LUMINOSO can be " nished with lacquer, stain, oil or wax to match the tone or "nish of other design elements.  LUMINOSO is a material that can be milled, cut and sanded.

Applications

Hotels, bars, restaurants, spas, retail space, office buildings, private residences, automobiles, yachts, jets, furniture, lighting, trade fair booths, information and directory signage, etc.

Wood Species

Oak, Maple, Walnut, Cherry, Smoked Oak, Wenge, and Teak. Other species available upon request.
