WARRANTY PERIODLuky products are produced to be used for a lifetime. The users of Luky products shall benefit from a warranty period that is not less than “ 1-2 years warranty” specified by the State. Free of charge service shall be provided to the user within the warranty period. Paid service will be provided to the user outside the warranty period according to the pricing standard of Luky products within the association.

DEFINITION OF WARRANTY PERIODWarranty period means 1-2 years of maintenance period undertaken by Luky. User shall benefit from free of charge service within this period. Warranty outside the warranty period indicates the warranty period outside the duration of “1-2 year warranty” undertaken by Luky. User shall pay for repairs and spare parts within this period pursuant to “1-2 year warranty” specification.

BASIS OF WARRANTYThe user is definitely required to show purchase invoice and warranty certificate of the product to have the product repaired, in the event there is a defect in Luky product within the warranty period specified in the “1-2 year warranty” certificate. The code number of the product which is repaired should have the same product code specified in the warranty certificate. If invoice is missing, then warranty period shall be calculated from the product code on the warranty certificate. User shall not benefit from free of charge service if both of these documents are missing. However, we undertake to provide paid service for the user. Supervision, repair and spare part fees shall be collected from the user according to the pricing standard of Luky products within the association by the customer.

NOT APPLIED AND RESTRICTEDUser shall not benefit from free of charge “1-2 year warranty” if any of the below conditions occur.
