HUMIDIN designs, manufacture and offers an highly efcient,

engineered solution for reduction in Smoke, Grease, Odor from the

extract of Kitchens and Restaurants through a Scrubber which operates

on the principle of electrostatic precipitation. It pulls the air through the

kitchen hoods and duct into a Dry Scrubber where the fumes are

treated before they are exhausted or released into the atmosphere.

HOW IT WORKS?• The technology is based on the principle of two stage electrostatic air ltration.

• Fine sub-micron suspended particles are electrostatically charged

using high-voltage electric eld.

• These charged particles get attracted and precipitated on opposite

charged electrode plates.

THE ENTIRE DRY SCRUBBER HAS TO BE PACKAGED TYPE SCRUBBER WHERE AN ESP MODULE, HIGH VOLTAGE

POWER PACK, FILTER HAS TO BE SOURCED FROM A SINGLE VENDOR. THE ENTIRE PACKAGED TYPE SCRUBBER

FACTORY FITTED HAS TO BE SUPPLIED AT SITE WELL ASSEMBLED FOR ITS BEST ALIGNMENT.

In case of standby cell type arrangement, these controls

are not needed. Only replacing standby clean cells with

saturated once and then cleaning those outside.

In case of auto-wash system only, it is provided.

Detergent wash & Rinse through manifolds located on

air entering as well as air leaving side of cells (Optional or

as specied in BOQ). Humidin make Spray nozzles with

cone shape pattern. Pre-package of detergent reservoir,

motor, pump with adjustable detergent volume setting.

Pump 0.75KW, self priming, positive dispalcement, min

6GPM @ min 50 PSIG output pressure. Main line

strainer & solenoid valves are included. 30 Gallon

detergent tank for remote mounting. Consumption per

cell - 2GPM and avg. 3.5 min wash cycle.

Total drop 10 mm WG maximum including pre & after

lters in clean condition
