Winemaking:The grapes are hand-picked in boxes from 18 to 20 kilograms, clusters are selected, then they are destemmed and after that the best grains are chosen. The must is macerated in cold for 7 to 10 days at a temperature from 15°C to 18°C. Then it is fermented with selected yeast in stainless steel tanks with a capacity of 6,000 liters, with extraction works such as delestage and pressings. Once fermentation is finished, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels where they have their malolactic fermentation and it is matured for 20 months. Once the ageing is finished, the wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled. It is stored in the winery for at least 18 months before putting them in the market.

Ageing in barrels:Finca Los Nobles Luigi Bosca Cabernet Bouchet is aged in new French oak barrels for 20 months.

Winemakers:José Irrera / Vicente Garzia.

Comments by the winemaker:The dry and warm climate of the year 2013 resulted in an excellent raw material for this red of great character and personality. It is a field blend (blend of vineyards) from plants that grew naturally mixed in the vineyard, which provides a unique and unrepeatable style, fine and elegant.
