Carwash

• The carwash is now on December 6th!

• It is at the Shell station on Cattleman and Palmer

• Nicole got us permission to do our carwash there, but we do need to bring 2 hoses

• Who is willing to bring their hose?!?!?!? (It would be a little difficult to wash a car with no water!!!!!!)

Basket Brigade• Basket brigade will be on December 20th at the

Boys and Girls Club• It is a great cause; we make baskets of food

items for people who can’t afford those expensive Christmas dinners that we take for granted... Please come get your hours and help those who really need it!

T-Shirts/Applications

• Next week, we will be ordering 35 more t-shirts• Thank you to the girls who turned their dues in so

they could get a shirt!!!!

• Also, everyone is almost done with their applications. If you know someone who came to a meeting to do an interview or anything else, and doesn’t want to be in the club anymore, PLEASE tell me so I can take their name off the list!!

• And thank you to everyone for putting up with us complaining about them for so long; we just need them in order to be able to keep you safe if needed!!!!

Relay for Life!

• Me, Emma, and Kristen went to the kick-off meeting last Wednesday to pick our team’s city, and guess what! The SHS Athletics team already took Athens, Greece! Copiers!

• Anyways, we had to pick a different city, and we went with Cairo, Egypt over Salem.

Thanksgiving Turkeys!

• We are going to be making cute little hand Thanksgiving turkeys and decorating them!!!

• Nicole, and anyone who wants to go with her, is going to be going to the pediatric unit in the Hospital so the kids can get some holiday spirit!!

• This website is really cool; it donates money to hungry and underprivileged kids in other countries when you play their games on the site. For every question you get right, they donate 20 grains of rice! A grain may be small, but it really adds up after awhile!

• Now, lets all donate 1,000 grains!!!! =)

• We may have a competition with Student Government to see who can donate the most rice! (We would win, right?!)
