• The Hostel Office Is Open From 8.30am To 4.30pm On All Days,except Sundays

And Holidays.

• Only Hosteller Are Permitted Into The Recreation Hall,reading Room Etc., News

Papers And Magazines At The Reading Room Are Not To Be Taken Out.

• Indoor Games May Be Played At Sauliere Hall.

• Speedy Information To Fr Director Or Asst. Directors Is A Must When Someone Is

Sick.

• The Bathing Rooms Are Kept Open At The Following Times:

5.00am To 9.00am

5.30pm To 7.00pm

• Kindly use Water Sparingly.

• Kindly don’t waste electricity,water-both mineral and tap water

• No plants,trees,animals shouldn’t hurted in any case.

Breakfast 7.00 to 7.45 a.m. 7.30 to 8.30 a.m.

Lunch 12.30 to 1.45 p.m. 12.30 to 1.30 p.m.

Supper 7.00 to 8.00 p.m. 7.00 to 8.00 p.m.

• A Member Of The Hostel Is Necessarliy A Member Of The Hostel Mess.

• The Membership In The Hostel Mess In The Hostel Mess Is Indicated By

The Hosteller’s Possessing The Relevant Mess Coupons.

• Non-possession Of Mess Coupon Leads To The Loss Of Membership Of

The Hostel.

• The Hostel Mess Is Run Exclusively For The Benefits Of The Hostellers.

• The Hosteller Can Collect The Mess Coupon On The 29th Of

Every Month At The Hostel Office.

• Mess Fee Reduction May Be Claimed When A Hosteller Goes

On Leave From The Hostel For More Than Four Days.

• This Is Made Possible By The Hosteller Submitting The Duly

Filled In Leave Application From At The Hostel Office, prior

To His Leaving The Hostel And Submitting The Revelent Mess

Coupon.

• The Application Form Is Available With Assistant Directors.

OUR EXCEPTATIONS

• On All Day Excepting Saturdays,the FIRST BELL For Silence

Is Rung At 8.25 P.M.And The SECOND BELL Is Rung At 8.30

P.M.

• At The Storke Of The First Bell, All Are To Move Towards

Their Respective Rooms And At The Storke Of The Second Bell

The Grand Silence Begins.

• The Hostellers Are To Stand In Front Of Their Rooms.A Short

Prayer After The Second Bell Marks The Beginning Of The

Grand Silence.

• Avoid Roaming Around The Hostel Premises During The Grand

Silence.

• Use Of Mobile Phone During The Silence Hours Is Strictly

Prohibited And Will Be Confisticated If Found Using.

• No One Should Be Found In Another’s Room During Grand

Silence.

• With The View To Facilitate The Rool-call By The Deputy

Director And Asst.Directors,the Hostellers Are To Be At Their

Desks,keeping Their Lights On And With At Least One Shutters

Of The Window At Their Door Open.

• Due To Academic Or Medical Reasons,when A Hosteller Has To Go

Out,late-slip From The Asst.Director Is To Be Obtained.While Returing To

The Hostel After The Second Bell,the Late Slip Is To Be Left With Hostel

Watchman At The Gate.The Entry-time Is Marked By The Watchman.

• Leaving The Hostel During The Course Of Studies Requires The Prior

Approval Of Asst.Director.Hosteller Are Asked To Get The Leave Form

From The Asst.Director And Submit The Filled One To Them Before

Leaving The Hostel.

• All Kind Of Intoxicants And Drugs Are Totally Prohibited In The Hostel.

• Smoking Is Stricly Prohibited,ragging Is For Bidden And Those Who

Indulge In Ant Kind Of Ragging Will Be Dismissed.

• Nobody Is Allowed To Go For Part-time Job Or Any Study Programme

After 8.30pm. Without The Permission Of Fr.Director.

• Possession And Use Of Vehicle Other Than Bicycles Are Not Permitted.

• Also Using Bicycles Within The Hostel Premises Is To Be Avoided.

• Moving About In Lungi In Public Places Such As Mess Halls,sauliere Hall

And During Public Worship Is To Be Avoided.

• All Are Required To Carry With Themselves Their College/Hostel

Identity Card.

• Hostellers Should Stay In The Room Allotted To Them By The

Fr.Director.

• The Room Allotted Are For Personal Use,study,rest Reflection

And Prayer.

• Others Are Not To Be Entertained In The Rooms At Any Time.

• Iron box, heater Are Not Permitted In The Hostel.

• Use Of Such Item Entail Huge Fine.

• They Are Not Expected To Stick Posters , banners And

Pictures On The Walls Of The Room.
