Nayara is the perfect location situated on the skirt of the Arenal volcano providing the ultimate

backdrop for your wedding and a luxury retreat for couples. We will ensure that your special day is just

as it should be - perfect. Whether or not you plan to elope to paradise exclusively with your loved one,

or with your relatives and friends we customize the occasion to accommodate your special wishes. We

can arrange a package to fit with your ideal wedding and guarantee that it is a unique and memorable

experience.

The ceremony may be held on the grassy lawn surrounded by gardens and overlooking the Arenal

volcano or in our rustic gazebo. For reception enjoy a private romantic dinner in an intimate bungalow

for a couple; if you have guest we recommend in our Terrace.

We can arrange a package for a couple or up to forty people to fit with your ideal wedding and ensure

that it is a unique and memorable experience. We work closely with incredibly talented photographers

and videographers to help capture your outstanding day. In addition, we arrange any special service

such as local florists, musicians, professional stylist and more to make your dream wedding come true.

POLICIES ON WEDDING RESERVATION

- Maximum occupancy for a wedding in Nayara is 40 people.

- All guests must be staying at the hotel.

- We require a deposit of 50% of the contract 60 days before the wedding date and 50%, 30 days

before the wedding date.

- The limit for the wedding reception is until 10:00 pm.

- The price varies with the exchange rate in Costa Rica.

- Weddings are not commissionable to travel agents.

- We provide our own coordinator (not outside coordinator permitted).
