Personal Training Monday - Friday 9 a.m. Personal Trainer Pete, a certified trainer providing 30 minute one-on-one training sessions. Must sign up in advance

Piano Sessions Monday 9:45 a.m./Noon all levels. Learn to play the piano, refresh or advance your skills. Must sign up in advance for set time slot

Mental Muscle Monday 10:30 a.m.Challenge your mind by working and stretching your brain with fun games and puzzles. Increase your vocabulary with our

Word of the Week and see how many times you can use it in conversations.

Voice Monday 10:30 a.m. Can't carry a tune in a basket? That's what a class is for, join us!! It's a fun group lesson! $5 per quarter

Line Dance Monday 10:45 a.m. Learn basic steps and have fun.

S.A.I.L. Monday/Friday 12:30 p.m.

Stay Active and Independent for Life” a fall prevention program that will be held 3 days a week and we ask that you come

**at least 2 days**. The cost is $10 per 2 month session, the full program will go for 2 sessions so for the total cost of the

whole program $20

Yoga II Tuesday 8:30 a.m.Hatha Yoga. Bring your own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, strap, and 1 woolen type blanket. You must be able to get on the

Strength and Balance Tuesday 11 a.m. Improve your movement and balance for everyday activities.

Painting Wednesday 10 a.m.All levels. learn all aspects of watercolor and acrylic painting techniques and composition. Explore additional styles

including Chinese brush painting. Paint Kit available for purchase.

Qi-Gong I Wednesday 10:45 a.m.

Tai Chi II Wednesday & Friday 8:30 a.m.Intermediate level. Yang style 64- form refining skills, strengthening foundations through all 64 postures and learning a

new Tai-Chi form with a fan or a cane.

Tai Chi -Gong Wednesday 9:35 a.m.

Chair Yoga Thursday 10:30 a.m.Classic yoga poses adapted in a safe and accessible manner. All work may be done seated with the option of using the

chair as a balance point for standing poses. Wear comfortable clothing. Thursdays 10:30 a.m. $5 per quarter.
