Membership is open to all African countries.
CABRI Membership The Process
Accession to CABRI’s International Agreement:Countries follow whichever process is legally required to join an international body through accession.

Deposition of instrument of accession with the CABRI Secretariat.

Membership becomes effective 15 days after the said country deposits its instruments of accession.

Payment of the applicable membership fees in accordance with Article 13 of the International Agreement.
